Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Create training materials and resources to support learning initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during their training.
• Collaborate with department managers to align training goals with organisational objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a corporate training role

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
