Job Description

As a Tile Applicator at ABC Tile Installation, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles in both residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Leverage escrow management software to track progress of transactions.
• Prepare and distribute closing documents and instructions to all relevant parties.
• Validate that all financial records align with closing documents.
• Assist in training new team members on escrow procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with state and national real estate laws and regulations.
• Conduct post-closing reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with clients to ensure a smooth transition post-closing.
• Document and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Facilitate communication between all involved parties throughout the closing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in escrow or real estate closing.

Technical Skills

• Escrow Management Software
• Document Management Systems

• Negotiation Skills
• Customer Service

Certifications

• Certified Escrow Officer

Languages

• English: Fluent
