Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Coffs Harbour, you will manage recruitment processes, assist with employee development, and ensure adherence to HR regulations. We value a candidate who can contribute to a healthy work environment and support our employees' needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs and maintain HR documentation.
• Coordinate and manage workplace training and development opportunities.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding process.
• Provide insights on employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
• Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Manage payroll and ensure accuracy in employee compensation and benefits.
• Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Engage with local community organisations for partnerships and outreach.
• Promote a positive workplace environment through employee recognition.
• Stay updated on HR trends to implement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
