Job Description

As an Occupational Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations create a positive work environment. This position involves conducting assessments, developing training programs, and coaching managers and employees to enhance productivity and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team dynamics.
  • Implement performance management frameworks that support continuous improvement.
  • Advise on conflict resolution strategies and team-building activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Support leadership development initiatives through targeted assessments.
  • Provide psychological insights to HR for policy development.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources or Organisational Psychology role
