Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will lead our learning initiatives, designing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee performance and professional growth. You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop course materials, and facilitate training sessions, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

  • Design a comprehensive training strategy to meet business goals.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new employees to enhance their experience.
  • Support management in identifying skill gaps and performance issues.
  • Oversee the implementation of e-learning solutions.
  • Develop a feedback process to assess the training program's impact.
  • Advise senior management on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR to align training with competency frameworks.
  • Design leadership development programs to build management skills.
  • Champions initiatives to promote employee engagement through learning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Education
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate training role
