As a Recruitment Consultant based in Canberra, you'll be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and liaising with clients to identify their hiring needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through networking and social media.
• Create job postings that attract the right candidates and effectively represent the company.
• Handle candidate communications and feedback to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals.
• Utilise data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports and present findings to management for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in agency settings
