Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Balance Recesser to join our passionate HR team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance work-life balance among our employees, ensuring their well-being and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that encourage harmony in work-life balance.
  • Facilitate discussions around employee wellness and productivity.
  • Engage with team leaders to identify support needs.
  • Assess existing programs for effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Implement strategies that foster a collaborative working culture.
  • Create a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring related to work-life balance.
  • Track feedback from employees to enhance initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal employee issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in workplace wellbeing are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
