We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Balance Recesser to join our passionate HR team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance work-life balance among our employees, ensuring their well-being and productivity.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives that encourage harmony in work-life balance.
Facilitate discussions around employee wellness and productivity.
Engage with team leaders to identify support needs.
Assess existing programs for effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Implement strategies that foster a collaborative working culture.
Create a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
Provide coaching and mentoring related to work-life balance.
Track feedback from employees to enhance initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality regarding personal employee issues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Additional certifications in workplace wellbeing are advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
