We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our vibrant team in Wodonga. You will collaborate with managers to identify training needs and build a learning culture that drives performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and respond to the learning requirements of employees.
  • Develop tailored training programs to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and completion rates.
  • Enhance the company's learning management system (LMS) for user engagement.
  • Support leaders in developing their team’s capabilities through learning opportunities.
  • Review and update training materials and programs as needed.
  • Foster relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Utilise feedback to refine training methods continually.
  • Advocate for the value of training and its impact on career development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training or educational roles
