Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR functions. You will support talent acquisition, facilitate training programs, and provide guidance on employee relations, helping to create a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage performance review processes and assist with the development of staff training.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and records for compliance.
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and performance metrics.
  • Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Engage with employees to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience
