Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Manage performance review processes and assist with the development of staff training.
Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of HR policies and records for compliance.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions and performance metrics.
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree is preferred

4+ years of progressive HR experience
