Job Description

As an HR Advisor at Leading HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, implementing effective HR strategies, and supporting our clients' workforce. You will be responsible for a variety of HR duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Analyze HR data for short and long-term strategic planning.
  • Develop staff recognition programs to enhance morale.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to understand employee satisfaction.
  • Advise on disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • Collaborate in the development of a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for skill development.
  • Assist with employee retention strategies.
  • Coordinate between departments to resolve HR issues efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or related fields
