Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Manager to oversee our human resources department in Mildura. The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing HR strategies that align with our company’s goals. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement HR initiatives that drive employee satisfaction.
• Head the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads.
• Oversee the development of employee training and career advancement programs.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.
• Foster a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusivity.
• Resolve employee issues and promote effective communication across the organization.
• Maintain HR records and prepare essential employment reports.
• Conduct regular assessments of HR programs to align with business objectives.
• Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms to gather insights and enhance practices.
• Support managers in performance appraisals and feedback processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with managerial responsibilities

Certifications

• Certifications in HR Management (SHRM-CP)
