Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Manager to oversee our human resources department in Mildura. The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing HR strategies that align with our company’s goals. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and implement HR initiatives that drive employee satisfaction.
  • Head the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads.
  • Oversee the development of employee training and career advancement programs.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of HR experience with managerial responsibilities
