HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a critical role in managing our HR functions and developing employee-related policies. You will support our team with recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. We are seeking a proactive individual with a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for open positions, from advertising to interviewing.
• Enhance onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain and secure employee documentation in line with HR policies.
• Support performance reviews and manage developmental feedback processes.
• Create and update HR manuals and employee handbooks.
• Organise learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Help mediate and resolve conflicts in the workplace.
• Perform audits to verify compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Encourage and implement diversity initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a human resources generalist position
