We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Bunbury team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles across different sectors. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates through targeted outreach.
• Guide clients on best practices for attracting top talent.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Help create a diverse candidate pool to meet client needs.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activity for management review.
• Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.
• Attend training sessions to stay current with recruitment strategies.
• Assist in creating and implementing recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Headhunting

Certifications

• Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS)

Languages
