Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with employment laws across the organization. You will lead the recruitment strategies and talent management processes, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including staffing, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and training programs to ensure staff are effectively integrated into the team.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
  • Evaluate employee performance and implement performance management systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops focused on employee development and engagement.
  • Monitor and ensure HR compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs based on business objectives.
  • Develop strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
