We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources functions in Mildura. Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and staff administration.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
• Implement HR technology solutions for improved operations.
• Engage in community outreach for employer branding.
• Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.
• Facilitate change management processes.
• Prepare and manage HR budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR or Organizational Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
