Job Description

We are seeking a Head Holder with proven leadership experience to oversee our head office operations. This role involves managing a team, implementing effective processes, and ensuring the organization meets its strategic objectives. Excellent communication and financial management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office functions and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Implement effective strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in senior management roles, particularly within holding companies or similar contexts.
