Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects with an emphasis on sustainability.
• Conduct site surveys, assessments and prepare reports.
• Liaise with local government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Collaborate with environmental engineers on sustainable practices.
• Prepare design calculations and specifications for projects.
• Provide ongoing technical support to the team during project execution.
• Review and approve plans submitted by contractors.
• Utilize CAD software for drafting and design.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in a related engineering field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering design and project management

• Construction Management
• GIS Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
