Job Description
The Sandblaster will be responsible for operating and maintaining sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting, coatings, or repairs. This role is crucial in ensuring surfaces are prepared to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Operate sandblasting tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Prepare varied surfaces for painting or coating applications.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
Record and report any safety hazards or equipment issues.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet project objectives.
Requirements
Education
No formal qualifications required, however, trade qualifications in painting or coatings is a bonus.
Experience
Experience with different types of sandblasting media is preferred.
