Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Summer Camp Supervisor responsible for managing and leading our summer camp program. In this role, you will oversee camp counselors, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for all campers. Your leadership skills will be crucial in planning diverse activities and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal camp themes and activities that engage participants.
  • Lead emergency drills and ensure staff are trained in first aid procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships with campers to enhance their camp experience.
  • Evaluate camp programs and suggest improvements for future sessions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialised camp activities.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure camper satisfaction.
  • Oversee the safety and upkeep of camp facilities and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Education, Recreation Management or related field
Experience
  • Prior experience working in a camp or outdoor recreation setting (preferred).
