Responsibilities

• Execute complex structural designs while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Interact with government agencies for permit approvals and compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning about emerging technologies in structural engineering.
• Assess site conditions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes.
• Actively participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients.
• Support business development initiatives through technical expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on design.

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Leadership

Certifications

• Construction Induction Training (White Card)
• Certifications in relevant engineering software are advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in seismic design: Knowledge and experience in designing structures that can withstand seismic forces.
• Knowledge of advanced building materials: Experience with innovative construction materials and techniques.
