Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Designer with a passion for developing innovative solutions in the mechanical engineering field. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and teams to design and optimize mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product development team to translate concepts into functional designs.
• Utilize CAD software to create 3D models and manufacturing drawings.
• Review and modify existing designs to enhance performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with testing teams to validate the design's effectiveness.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments for engineering designs to mitigate potential issues.
• Support project management efforts with technical recommendations.
• Document all design processes meticulously for future reference.
• Provide technical support during the production and assembly phases.
• Mentor junior designers and interns to enhance their capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for product development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• 3D Modeling Techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) License

Languages

• English: Fluent
