Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Designer with a passion for developing innovative solutions in the mechanical engineering field. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and teams to design and optimize mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of design quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine project objectives and outcomes.
• Execute design calculations and simulations to validate design integrity.
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to inform design iterations.
• Maintain organized files of design work and project documentation.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and selection for materials and components.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to keep skills current.
• Facilitate design presentations and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and sustainable practices in engineering designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for product development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• 3D Modeling Techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) License

Languages

• English: Fluent
