Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at our Ballarat location, you will engage in optimizing processes and operations while applying engineering principles. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for analyzing workflow, improving production methods, and reducing costs, all while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes with data-driven approaches.
• Engage in systems design for enhanced workflow integration.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely execution of engineering tasks.
• Conduct audits to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives through process innovation.
• Utilize simulation tools to model and analyze production systems.
• Prepare reports for upper management detailing process and efficiency metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs for staff development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a related role
