Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Liner Operator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of production line equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery.
• Supervise and lead a team of operators on the production floor.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate performance data effectively to upper management.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimise efficiency.
• Train new employees on production protocols and safety practices.
• Work with the quality control department to address any production issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in operations management is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the packaging industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Automated production systems
• Lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
