We are seeking a skilled Long Winder Tender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining long winding machines while adhering to safety protocols and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate winding machines for various products.
• Review work orders and specifications to determine winding requirements.
• Select appropriate materials for winding applications.
• Inspect winding processes to maintain quality standards.
• Document production records for traceability.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
• Assist in maintaining stocks of materials and tools.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a textile manufacturing environment is advantageous.
