Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Specialist dedicated to enhancing workplace safety. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, managing compliance, and providing training to ensure our team adheres to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead safety training programs for new and existing employees.
• Assess workplace hazards and recommend improvements.
• Work with management to develop and enforce safety protocols.
• Facilitate safety meetings and ensure effective communication regarding safety issues.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections and incidents.
• Develop emergency response procedures and conduct drills.
• Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus

Experience

• Proven experience managing workplace safety
