Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Legal Counsel to join our Gold Coast team. This role involves providing expert legal advice, managing compliance and regulatory issues, and working closely with our clients to safeguard their interests. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of corporate law and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and navigating services.
  • Build rapport with customers to create a positive service experience.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
  • Contribute to team projects aimed at enhancing service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles
Technical Skills
  • Ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Data entry and reporting

Languages
  • English: Fluent
