Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist members with high-quality customer service.

  • Assist in training new team members on best practices for member interactions.
  • Handle feedback and complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

  • Experience in a membership-based organization is preferred.
