Job Description

As a Customer Assistant, you'll engage with customers to deliver outstanding service, helping them with their inquiries and needs. Your role is essential in providing product information, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform the management team of any stock shortages.
  • Assist in organizing promotional displays and merchandise.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to management.
  • Help train new staff on customer service best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to share ideas for improving customer engagement.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • No previous experience required; however, customer service experience is advantageous.
