Job Description

As a Telephone Solicitor Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team of telephone solicitors, leading them to achieve our solicitation goals. This role demands strong leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of telephone solicitation practices, and a proactive approach to training and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the telephone soliciting team.
• Setting clear goals and performance expectations for the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
• Encourage team participation in training sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of team metrics.
• Develop a mentorship program for incoming solicitors.
• Build relationships with cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration.
• Update solicitation protocols in line with industry best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding soliciting activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Qualifications in Fundraising or Marketing advantageous

Experience

• 5 years plus of experience in relevant field.

• Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
