As an Oil Drilling Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our drilling operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative practices. This role requires collaboration with a team of engineers and geologists to execute drilling programs that meet both budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of drilling programs, ensuring optimal resource use.
• Supervise drilling operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate drilling performance and implement improvements.
• Support geologists and production engineers in decision-making.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for crews.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drilling technologies and regulations.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align drilling strategies.
• Ensure all drilling equipment is in compliance with industry standards.
• Manage logistics related to drilling activities and equipment procurement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry
