Job Description

As a Wellhead Pumper, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of our oil and gas production equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance, while collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety and operational standards.
• Facilitate communication between field crews and management.
• Assist in emergency response drills and hazard assessments.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Oil and Gas Production
• First Aid Certificate
• Driver's License

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.

Technical Skills

• SCADA Systems
• Pumps and Compressors

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field: Preferred educational background for a deeper understanding of equipment.
• Experience with hydraulic fracturing: Hands-on experience with hydraulic fracturing techniques is advantageous.
