Job Description

As the Environmental Program Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our initiatives aimed at protecting our natural environment. You will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental programs that align with the organisation's sustainability goals. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in environmental management and a passion for conservation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee environmental programs and projects.
• Conduct research and analysis on environmental issues and identify potential solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and project team members.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and manage a team of environmental professionals.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for environmental programs and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business decisions.
• Engage with community groups to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field
• Master's Degree in Environmental Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental project management

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
