As the Food and Beverage Director, you will oversee all operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring high standards in customer service and operational efficiency. Your expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans will be essential in enhancing guest experience while maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Direct all food and beverage operations and supervise daily activities.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare profitability reports.
• Lead initiatives to improve service standards and guest experience.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional events and campaigns.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on food and beverage trends.
• Engage in community outreach and relationship building with suppliers.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in food and beverage management, with proven experience in multi-outlet operations.
