• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained.

• Document processes and maintain records of materials used.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.
• Assist with the organisation and cleanliness of the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in related fields such as Surface Coating or Plastering are advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years in a production or construction environment
