Job Description

As a Chemical Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining devulcanizing equipment to produce top-notch products. This position is pivotal for ensuring our processes adhere to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Adjust machinery settings to optimize production output and quality.
• Perform quality assurance tests on materials and finished products.
• Document operational processes and any maintenance conducted.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues with equipment.
• Support other areas of production, ensuring team efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or engineering preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the rubber manufacturing industry

Certifications

Languages
