Job Description

As a Pick Out Hand, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality by sorting defective items on our production line. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain high standards and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pick out defective products during production.
• Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a tidy workstation to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures without exception.
• Achieve daily output targets as set by the supervisor.
• Assist in implementing quality control measures.
• Provide feedback to management about production efficiency.
• Help in inventory checks and stock management as required.

Experience

• No prior experience necessary, although experience working on a production line is advantageous.
