• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing veneer.
• Assist in the development of new drying methods to enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the drying area.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Implement improvements based on feedback and observations.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in veneer drying or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in operating specialized drying equipment is preferred.
