Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, your responsibilities will center on overseeing the handling of bulk products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and efficiency while ensuring that safety measures are strictly followed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming bulk products, ensuring proper documentation.
• Operate and monitor blending machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep detailed records of equipment inspections and maintenance performed.
• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations during operations.
• Collaborate with dispatch to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and report them.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary education in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in the logistics sector is advantageous but not essential
