Join our dynamic team as a Dispatch Manager, where you'll oversee the dispatch operations, monitor delivery schedules, and manage a team of dispatch staff, all to promote the timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee dispatch protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners to streamline operations.
• Utilize transport management software for operational tracking.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of dispatch team members.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for dispatch efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate logistics performance and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.
• Provide operational training to new team members.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for dispatch operations.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the transport industry and dispatch management is highly desirable
