Job Description

We are seeking a Latexer to create and fabricate latex products tailored to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, be capable of performing quality control checks, and have the ability to work efficiently with diverse materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce latex products tailored to customer requirements.
• Operate production machinery with precision and care.
• Maintain high standards of quality control for all items produced.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and organisation.
• Record production output and report any discrepancies.
• Function effectively as part of a team to hit production deadlines.
• Conduct machinery checks and maintenance as required.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to minimise hazards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Latex Production or similar qualification
• Experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Latex Material Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Natural Latex: Hands-on experience working with natural latex materials preferred.
