Job Description

Join our team as a Plating Machine Setter, where your skills will be crucial in ensuring the quality of plated products. You will work closely with Quality Control Specialists and Production Supervisors to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate plating machinery, including adjusting machine settings as per production orders.
• Perform routine quality assurance checks on plated components.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to streamline production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in plating or coating technologies.

Technical Skills

• Plating Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a supervisory role: Previous experience in supervising plating processes or teams.
