Job Description

As the Dock Boss, you will be responsible for leading the dock team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all cargo movements comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with shipping agents and port authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Maritime Operations or relevant field

Experience

• Experience working with hazardous materials is an advantage
