Job Description
As an Equipment Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the machinery and equipment are fully operational. You'll maintain, repair, and install a variety of equipment alongside a dedicated team that values safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting for various equipment issues.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Help implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Document maintenance activities and outcomes in reports.
Assist with machinery installation and set-up.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
Train junior technicians and apprentices on maintenance protocols.
Requirements
Education
Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Technical Skills
Hydraulic systems knowledge
