Responsibilities

• Manage the casting of ingots from start to finish with safety and quality in mind.

• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Engage in regular maintenance checks of casting machinery.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production.
• Implement improvements based on production data analysis.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in metallurgy or related field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in metal casting or related manufacturing roles is desired
