Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join our talented team. As a Watchmaker, you will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, and repairing various types of mechanical and electronic watches. Your expertise in watch mechanics, attention to detail, and passion for horology will ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and adjust high-end luxury watches according to specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and service of watches.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Train junior watchmaking staff and enhance team skills.
• Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the watchmaking process.
• Keep a detailed inventory of parts and tools required for watch repairs.
• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries regarding watch services.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote craftsmanship.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an accredited Watchmaking course or apprenticeship
• Certification in Watchmaking or Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• Experience with luxury watch brands is a plus.
