Job Description

As a Byproducts Supervisor, you will oversee the production of byproducts, ensuring quality control measures are in place and managing a small team. You will play a vital role in our waste management and recycling efforts while implementing cost-effective practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Monitor production metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety and quality practices.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal delivery of materials.
• Analyse production processes to identify areas for cost-saving.
• Collaborate with the sustainability team to implement waste reduction strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in food production or related field.
