Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Operator to become a vital part of our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining sophisticated scaling machines to ensure productivity and quality in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues, all while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate scaling machines for various production tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure that machinery is operating efficiently and troubleshoot faults.
• Keep detailed records of production statistics and machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production.
• Abide by all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades when necessary.
• Mentor junior staff members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in relevant machine operations is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or machine operation roles

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages
