Job Description

The Starch Factory Laborer will be responsible for the production and packaging of starch products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Help with machinery setup and adjustments.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Document production data as required.
• Engage in team meetings to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Packaging Techniques

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Current Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with operating machinery: Hands-on operation of machinery similar to starch production.
• Certification in Work Health and Safety: Qualifications regarding workplace health and safety protocols.
