Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Production Worker! In this role, you'll be responsible for operating heel compressing machines and ensuring the production of high-quality footwear items. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to footwear production, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production levels and machinery performance to ensure output meets quotas.
• Assist in training new hires on production processes and safety procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold product excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
