Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Timing Device Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust technical skills in assembling and repairing clocks and watches, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail. As a Clock and Watch Assembler, you will have a critical role in ensuring every timepiece meets our high-quality standards and operates flawlessly. Responsibilities

  • Assemble clock and watch components according to provided specifications and instructions.
  • Repair and maintain precision timepieces, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate functioning of all timepieces.
  • Test and calibrate clocks and watches to ensure accuracy.
  • Clean and polish assembled timepieces to maintain their appearance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, repairs made, and materials used.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and improvements.
  • Mentor junior staff in assembly techniques and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a clock and watchmaking course or apprenticeship is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in clock and watch assembly, repair, and maintenance.
